Thank you for purchasing a digital planner from us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital planners are final. Once a purchase is completed and the files are downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Non-Delivery of Product
If you do not receive your digital planner due to a technical issue, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact us at info@neudigitaldesigns.com with your order details, and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

3. Damaged or Corrupt Files
If you experience any issues with opening or accessing your digital planner, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will provide assistance or a replacement file if necessary.

4. Unauthorized Distribution
Our digital planners are for personal use only except if classified as PLR or MRR product. Otherwise, reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
