Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept refunds at this time. Please also refer to our Refunds Policy and our Terms of Use.

After you buy a digital product, it will be delivered quickly to your email.
Do my download links expire or have a maximum limit of downloads?
Your download links remain valid indefinitely and have no download limits. However, it is advisable to either bookmark the download link or retain the download email for future access. These links are created upon purchase, and please note that even if you are logged in, they will not be stored in your account.
What to do if you lost your links due to file loss?
If you lose your link and require a new one within 45 days of your purchase, simply reach out to us for assistance. Please note that after this period, we are unable to issue new download links. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend backing up your files in the cloud or on an external device for your safety.
